I've been building things for the web for over 14 years — starting out in Belgian web agencies pulling late nights, moving through startups and product companies, and eventually landing in the SaaS world where I found my groove.

I've worked on everything from 3D visualizations and ad pipelines to high traffic web applications. Some highlights along the way: helping build b2match in its early days — now a thriving business, helping ship kununu's Salaries feature, being part of eversign's journey through to a successful exit, and now leading a team of engineers at Apryse building on the Xodo product suite.

These days I care just as much about how a team works together as the code we ship. I lead through collaboration and empathy — I'd rather hear a good idea from a teammate than push my own from the top down. I've migrated gigantic legacy jQuery codebases without breaking production, set up CI/CD pipelines and monitoring from scratch, and mentored developers at different stages of their careers. At the end of the day, I want to build software that lasts and teams that stick around — and I think those two things are more connected than most people realize.
